Texture adjustment is used to represent an object in a different texture to present several versions of the object to a consumer. Texture adjustment is mostly used in combination with colour correction. Texture adjustment is often applied to pieces of furniture so that, for example, the same sofa can be displayed in different colours and fabrics without having to actually photograph all the different designs.
