Who is the Doopic service aimed at?

Doopic offers a service that relieves its customers of graphic work. Doopic is primarily aimed at e-commerce companies, as well as photo studios, photographers, agencies, marketplace retailers and companies that need mass image processing. Doopic serves as an extended arm and does the hard work quickly, cheaply and yet in high quality. This is mainly about cutouts, which can be supplemented by positioning, retouching, shadows, reflections, size scaling, color optimization and much more.

How can I place an order?

Our biggest aim is to make the process as uncomplicated as possible for our customers. After you have registered with Doopic, the next step is to select your editing preferences and then upload the images. To upload the images, simply use our drag & drop process in the personal area under “new order”.

Alternatively, we offer our customers various other upload options. You are also welcome to send us the data via WeTransfer, Dropbox, links for Excel lists or via a specially developed FTP interface.

We are also happy to adapt to the technical requirements of customers and work together to develop the best way of data transmission. We will inform you about the status of your orders via email. Once the order is complete, the images can then be downloaded from the page or in the FTP area.

How much does the service cost?

Doopic wants to make the calculation process as simple as possible. For this reason, we usually have a fixed base price, which is based on the number of images per order. In addition, our customers can add other options, such as exemptions, at a fixed price. If some images are particularly complicated, they receive a complexity surcharge. Which graphics formats do you support?

We specialize in image processing, so we process any file format common for image processing and play it out again in the desired file format. We are also happy to provide several files upon delivery upon request.

How do I get my pictures back after editing them?

As soon as the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then easily download the images from our website or pick them up from the FTP output folder. To do this, however, we must set up an FTP connection for you in advance.

How do you manage to process thousands of images within such a short period of time?

We have an excellent network of graphic designers who specialize in manual image processing. Our software compares the availability of our graphic designers with the wishes of our customers so that the images are always processed optimally, efficiently and punctually. This allows us to process up to 10,000 images overnight.

What programs do you use when editing?

We process orders with all common programs, but mostly via Creative Suite (Photoshop, etc.)

What happens to the data?

Your data and its protection are important to us, so the data only moves on our secure servers. Our servers are located in Germany. You can find more information about this at Doopic privacy.

Can I try Doopic for free?

Of course, free tests are available with us. After all, you should get the best possible insight and be able to check our quality in advance.

After registration, you can send up to three images for processing free of charge under the “free test order” menu item. Your test images are treated with the highest priority and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

How long is the processing time?

With Doopic, you can choose between 8-48 hours of processing time.

What payment options are there?

At Doopic, our customers can choose between PayPal, credit card payment, GiroPay, SofortÜberweisung, or invoicing.

What happens if I don't like the editing?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the processing, we will prioritize your change requests so that you do not have to wait long for the corrected images.

What other services does Doopic offer?

Doopic does all the graphic work for its customers. Whether editing, positioning, shading, reflections, masking, retouching, or processing the images for marketplaces. We know no graphical limits and are happy to take on further graphic work for you.
